Yvette Lowen

Hi!  My name is Yvette Lowen and I run the Limited Formal Schooling High School program for the Division.  I’m so thankful to be housed at Winston Churchill where I get to welcome and teach students new to our community and support students in classrooms who are learning English as an additional language.
